Departing Employees More Disgruntled Than Ever

More than three-quarters of employees who are quitting say they wouldn’t recommend their former companies to others.
That’s the highest percentage in at least five years, the WSJ reports.
The data was compiled by The Corporate Executive Board Co., which aggregated exit interviews from 4,300 employees from 80 large companies.
The drop in satisfaction (in 2008 only 42 percent of employees said they wouldn’t recommend their employer) probably reflects “perceived poor treatment during the downturn,” the WSJ says.
