Dan Denton Buys Magazines Back From CurtCo Publishing

CurtCo Publishing has sold Gulfshore Life and Sarasota magazines to Dan Denton, the very man who sold Gulfshore Media to CurtCo back in 2004 and who originally launched Sarasota magazine. CurtCo is attempting to divest itself of its regional magazines, according to company CEO Bill Curtis, and is currently in the process of selling San Diego and Art & Antiques.

To aid in the transaction, Denton has created “Gulfshore Media LLC” as a new home for the magazines.
