Barack Obama, Everything to Everyone
This should be in LA – but it isn’t. This was taken in near Dupont Circle in DC. Across the street was a Whole Foods selling ‘commemorative’ organic Obama t-shirts. Next door was the same non-organic version at CVS. It was all Obama – all the time: Metro cards, cookies – and then he kept on showing up at the parties we were at.
Anyway, on Thursday January 22, the anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade decision, there was a sizable pro-life rally (the first Republicans to venture back to the District in a couple of days) where we finally saw a street vendor offering McCain/Palin shirts.
