The New York State Department of Health said it has awarded its $20 million anti-tobacco account to Korey Kay & Partners.

The New York shop beat out 15 undisclosed shops in a review undertaken last November.

Korey Kay scored the highest combined score from teams that reviewed creative proposals and budget proposals, and was picked by the selection committee based on the reviews, a client representative said.

It could take about a month for the contract to be approved by the Office of the State Comptroller.
