Tim Shock, 1969-2006
Washington mourns the recent passing of Tim Shock (1969-2006), who served as The Hill Newspaper’s assistant editor and in other capacities since March 2003. A funeral service is scheduled for today in Pennsylvania.

Tim Shock was a quiet, modest and private man whose sudden death last weekend deprives The Hill of one of its hardest-working and most widely respected staff members. …
Despite his mild-mannered nature, Tim would often surprise colleagues with a witty comment and quick laugh.
