Standing in the Rain for Hours - and not Getting in

Jill Olmstead, Journalism Division Director for American University’s School of Communication, was not in good spirits late Wednesday after waiting in the pouring rain for much of the afternoon – and not getting into The Daily Show in D.C.’s taping. She suspects she might have bad luck, writing, “Guess I am not meant to see this President, I got stuck in the tunnel during the Inaugural and never saw the light of day with the event and went home to the couch.”
