Rowan Scarborough Joins Examiner

Veteran Pentagon reporter Rowan Scarborough is leaving the Washington Times to become the Washington Examiner’s national security correspondent. Scarborough has also worked for Defense Week, the Wilmington (Del.) News Journal and the Salisbury, Md., Daily Times. He is also the author of “Rumsfeld’s War.”
