Fab or Fug?
We eyed this dress at the CBS/Atlantic pre-party to the WHCD. While this woman received many compliments on this cobalt blue ruffle-laden dress we weren’t so sure. So we’re calling this one part-fab part-fug depending on the angle and lighting.
