Romenesko has the memo detailing that “Congressional Quarterly announced today that it is exploring the sale of its CQ Press division, publisher of books and digital databases for the library, college, and professional markets. The announcement was made in Washington, D.C., by CQ’s president Bob Merry and by Times vice president and corporate secretary Andy Corty.”
