While retaining its blue and white color scheme, The Hill gives its desktop and tablet sites a facelift that includes a blue in a softer hue than its distinctive predecessor. An upgrade to the mobile version of The Hill is coming in the near future as well.
The new version is, as to be expected, cleaner and less crowded than the original, has a new font, faster page loading time and will use recurring visitors’ reading habits to offer personalized story recommendations.
Accompanying the redesign was an announcement that the expanded opinion section, which has been in the works since this past spring, will made its debut next month, with the number of opinion pieces published per day expected to grow from 20 to 40. We repeat: per day.
