The Fiscal Times Rolls Out A Print Edition

After 11 months as an online-only financial and political news outlet, The Fiscal Times is diversifying by launching its first annual print edition today.  The debut of The Fiscal Times magazine will offer readers an overview of the new year’s economic agenda and its effect on policy making.  According to an official press release, the inaugural issue will also feature articles on economic growth opportunities, the current state of Congress, the core drivers of federal spending, and an essay on global interdependence written by President Bill Clinton.

TFT editor-in-chief Jacqueline Leo discussed the benefits of offering her magazine’s content through a variety of outlets.

We are delighted to introduce our first print magazine.  We believe that media consumers want content in multiple formats, on multiple platforms and that this mixed media model meets those expectations.

The Fiscal Times magazine will include contributions and commentary from a wide array of columnists, bloggers, and experts including Washington Post reporter John Berry, FOX News’s Liz Peek, and The Wall Street Journal’s Tom Herman.
