Kingsley to annex British celebrities

Pat Kingsley’s PR firm PMK/HBH (insert Tom Cruise joke here) is opening up an office in London. Not clear if this is more about servicing celebrity or brand clients, or trying to sign up lots of British celebs or all of the above. I bet Kingsley could do wonders with Prince Charles.
