Today Jerry Brown will be sworn in (again) as governor of California (again). Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has a constantly updated YouTube channel that no one watches in which he’s made his final address as an incumbent. We’ve posted it above.
He’ll probably do better on YouTube once he leaves office. There’s something to look forward to, Governator.
