Glamour Exec Managing Editor Joins Food Network Magazine

maria.jpgFood Network Magazine announced a handful of appointments today, including the addition of Maria Baugh as managing editor.

Most recently, Baugh was executive managing editor at Glamour. She has also worked as managing editor at House & Garden and executive editor at InStyle and Teen People. But Baugh has earned her foodie cred as the owner of Butter Lane cupcakes.

FNM also hired three people in marketing, including two integrated marketing managers, Amy Santoriello and Adam Roth. Santoriello is joining the magazine from Parenting magazine, and Roth formerly worked at Details. Kelsey Stokes was also hired as marketing coordinator.

The magazine has been working to expand its marketing department recently, adding new staffers and promoting others just last month.

Maria Baugh joins Food Network Magazine as Managing Editor. Baugh was most recently at Glamour magazine as executive managing editor. Prior to joining Glamour, Baugh served as managing editor at House & Garden magazine and was executive editor at In Style and Teen People. One of the fastest growing startups in publishing history, Teen People was awarded the National Magazine Award for General Excellence in 2001. Maria is also an owner of Butter Lane cupcakes in New Yorks East Village. She will begin her role at Food Network Magazine on January 11th

Amy Santoriello joins Food Network Magazine as Integrated Marketing Manager. Santoriello joins Food Network Magazine from Parenting magazine where she executed custom integrated marketing programs for their major clients. Prior to joining Parenting, Amy served as marketing manager of TIME for Kids and spent over 3 years at MTV Networks in Marketing and Sponsorship development roles.

Adam Roth also joins Food Network Magazine as Integrated Marketing Manager. Roth was most recently at Details magazine where he served as senior merchandising manager. In addition to overseeing their promotional pages, merchandising proposals and event management, Adam also developed mobile partnerships and integrated programs for endemic and non-endemic advertisers. Prior to joining Details, Adam served as merchandising manager for Domino magazine.

Also joining Food Network Magazine as Marketing Coordinator, is Kelsey Stokes. Kelsey is a recent graduate from University of Central Florida, where she earned her degree in marketing. While in school, Kelsey also worked as a brand ambassador for Macy’s American Rag. She also completed two internships at Exposure PR and Macy’s Merchandising Group.
