Elvis Probably Not Alive, Cell Phones Probably Okay for Pregnant Women
Discoblog, Discover magazine’s blog, is advising that a number of media outlets may have gone a bit overboard in reporting the results of study that suggested cell phone use by pregnant women may cause the children to develop behavioral problems (someone should do a study about how cell phone use results in behavioral problems in adults, particularly those walking down a crowded sidewalk).
Anyway, not surprisingly the study’s findings “could be explained by a host of other factors unrelated to cell phone use,” (we’re guessing sugar?) this according to the actual researchers.
