One of the big tragedies of House & Garden folding was not being able to confirm what a strange person Amy Sedaris is. The magazine did a feature on her Manhattan apartment and intended to post additional content on their site (more photos, quotes, etc.). Unfortunately, with the closure, the site will probably be operating bare bones. However, fortunately, Design Sponge has secretly gotten a handful of the photos and have posted them here. It’s a pretty crazy place, as you’d likely imagine. We’re not sure how we’d describe it other than maybe bric-a-brac chic. Or something.
