BOSTON Enfatico, WPP Group’s global marketing services firm built primarily to handle the Dell account, said it has named Lisa Fabiano chief talent officer. She will be based at the shop’s New York headquarters.
Fabiano will oversee Enfatico’s human resources operations, a major focus for the new firm as it staffs up offices worldwide. With 800-plus employees so far, Enfatico must hire about 200 more to meet its original staffing goal.
Fabiano most recently served as a partner and managing director at MDC Partners’ agency Margeotes Fetitta Powell in New York. Prior to that, she spent 17 years at Havas’ Euro RSCG in senior account management roles, ultimately finishing as the shop’s lead talent officer.
“It’s a privilege to be joining an organization with such an ambitious vision to redefine the client-agency relationship,” said Fabiano in a statement. “I look forward to working with such a dynamic group of people and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to help Enfatico deliver incomparable results.”
Said Torrence Boone, Enfatico’s CEO: “Lisa’s deep experience, intuition and creativity will allow us to deliver on our commitment to hiring and cultivating the very best talent.”
Enfatico has established operations in more than 15 cities including New York, San Francisco, Miami, Toronto, Sao Paulo, London, Copenhagen, Beijing, Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney. The company was formed following WPP’s win of the Dell account at the close of last year.
