NEW YORK – Last week’s Outdoor Advertising Association of America 51st OBIE Awards Show made winners out of eight western agencies. The show, which honors out-of-home creative, bestowed awards on L.A. area shops Larsen Colby, Rubin Postaer & Associates/Santa Monica, Salvati Montgomery Sakoda/Costa Mesa and Stein Robaire Helm; S.F. shops Citron, Haligman & Bedecarre, Gardner Communications and Goldberg Moser O’Neill; and EvansGroup/Salt Lake City. Chiat/Day, N.Y. won Best of Show.
