The incumbent, IPG’s Casanova Pendrill Publicidad in Irvine, Calif., defended. Independent The Richards Group in Dallas handles general-market duties. Home Depot spent about $30 million on Hispanic ads last year, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
