Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse founder Ruth Fertel, 72, and lifelong friend Lana Duke, 56, of Duke Unlimited Advertising held a champagne celebration for 200 friends earlier this month to bless their $600,000 “Fertel-Duke” mausoleum on millionaire’s row in a Big Easy cemetery.
The New Orleans agency has been handling the restaurant’s advertising account–the chain has grown to 67 locations nationwide–for nearly 30 years.
