Trone Establishes Media Planning And Buying Unit

Trone Advertising has launched i2i Media, an independent media planning and buying unit.

The service, operating out of Trone’s Greensboro, N.C., and Atlanta offices, will target other ad agencies as well as clients who have traditionally handled their own media placement.

With nine staff members and experience in categories ranging from fast food to agribusiness, i2iis positioned to place print, broadcast, out-of-home and online media locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

“Our ability to isolate our audience and reach them efficiently is what we are about,” said i2i president Ira Bass. “We understand our audiences’ media habits: the how, when and why they are receptive.”
