In Toone Adds Home Builder

BOSTON In Toone Communication has been enlisted by Cedarhurst Woodworks for advertising and public relations support, the agency said.

Cedarhurst is a custom builder of luxury homes throughout southern New England.

“We selected In Toone based on demonstrated industry knowledge and passion for our business success,” said Paul Forsell, principal of Cedarhurst Woodworks in North Kingstown, R.I., in a statement.

The Cedarhurst partners, Shawn Ward, Matt Mirandou and Forsell, are all master craftsmen. In addition to high-end custom home building and remodeling, Cedarhurst features an in-house cabinet shop with design capabilities including custom kitchens, home offices, entertainment centers, mantels, built-in window seats, vanities and moldings.

In Toone will now develop marketing strategies for Cedarhurst, targeting upscale consumers throughout the region. The budget was not disclosed, but will likely be in the low- to mid-six figures.

Providence, R.I.-based In Toone launched in 2004 with clients SwimEx and Stone Technologies, and has since added work from Advanced Fire Technologies and the Plastics Group of America, among others. Founder Jennifer Toone had worked at several local agencies such as Trion Communications. In Toone brought designer Akiko Iriyama on board as creative director in June.
