Stein Rogan + Partners in New York has been hired by TheLadders.com for marketing chores on its RecruitLadder division following a review.
The goal, according to the agency, is to expand the client’s footprint among human-resources professionals and third-party recruiters in the $100,000+ job-services marketplace.
TheLadders spends about $15 million annually on ads, and its last major campaign from Publicis Groupe’s Fallon spoofed the cult Japanese giant-monster film The X From Outer Space. That work broke about a year ago. Fallon continues to work for TheLadders.
Spending on the RecruitLadder initiative was not disclosed. The assignment covers brand positioning and customer segmentation; advertising and integrated marketing programs; and demand generation and trade-show programs.
The agency’s mandate also includes media, and its first work for the client is set to debut in April in online and print.
