TCBY Seeks ‘New Vision’

A TCBY executive said a desire to “reinvigorate the brand with a new vision and new way of looking at the business” led to last week’s dismissal of Little Rock, Ark., agency Stone Ward and a review for the estimated $10 million account. (Stone Ward initially defended the business.) The Salt Lake City-based client has asked LevyTenny in New York to present creative and strategic ideas to its franchise association on Friday. A decision is due March 1.
