Tatham, Richards Join Edward Jones Review

NEW YORK Investment brokerage Edward Jones has invited two new contenders to pitch its estimated $25-30 million advertising account, according to sources.

Joining Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners (the lone survivor of its last review) will be Euro RSCG Tatham Partners in Chicago and The Richards Group in Dallas, sources said. Consultant Randy Lindell would not confirm the agencies, but said another round of creative presentations was scheduled for the last week of January.

In November, the St. Louis-based brokerage eliminated finalist The Wolf Group in New York, but stopped short of awarding KB+P, New York, the business, sources said.

The brokerage is searching for an agency to handle consumer advertising, direct-response creative and interactive work in North America and the U.K., Lindel has said.

The client could not be reached for comment. Agency representatives declined comment.
