The Richards Group has spun off part of its $33 million Click Heree-agency to form a new division, Richards Interactive.

Dallas-based Click Here will continue to handle online advertising and e-marketing programs, while Richards Interactive will focus exclusively on Web site design. Todd Copilevitz, who led interactive development at another Richards affiliate, Pyro Brand Development, will lead the new division.

Seven of the agency’s Web artists have been moved into Richards Interactive as well.

“We wanted to draw all that into one place,” said Dick Mitchell, the company’s managing principal.
