SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – Sosa, Bromley, Aguilar & Associates here ran up its long-distance billings last week, besting two other agencies for Sprint’s $3.5-million Hispanic project. Inventiva/San Antonio, and Zubi Advertising/Miami, also were finalists. Incumbent Mendoza, Dillon & Asociados/Newport Beach, Calif. did not participate. The third-quarter project is said to be an intense effort geared at encouraging U.S. Hispanics to make calls to Latin America. A source said ads will position the new calling plan as The Most Worldwide, an extension of the Kansas City, Mo.-based client’s general market program.
