Sive/Young & Rubicam has restructured its account management operations and added several new top executives.
The structural changes, announced by president and chief executive officer Dale Brown, are intended to better align the Cincinnati agency’s management with its philosophy of integrated marketing.
“We’ve always focused on integration of disciplines as our approach to the business,” Brown said. “This new team-oriented structure will allow those disciplines to function together more smoothly, to the benefit of the agency and its clients.”
Four core account teams have been established, replacing and absorbing what had been separate account management, public relations and direct response departments.
