See Is the New Name of OWN+P

LOS ANGELES Odiorne Wilde Narraway + Partners is changing its name to See, the agency said today.

The name change follows the departure of two key executives and the addition of two others at the independent San Francisco shop. Former OWN+P chairman and executive creative director Jeff Odiorne left the shop in October to form an entertainment-based venture in New York, and creative director Michael Wilde departed in August to complete a film. Eileen Arbues joined the agency over the summer as CEO, and Harry Cocciolo, a top creative director at crosstown shop Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, starts on Dec. 1 as partner and creative director.

The name “See” represents strategy and vision, said Arbues. “See is about having vision…seeing beyond the obvious and seeing the subtle nuances in a brand,” she said.

The 60-person shop claims $150 million in billings, primarily from Electronics Arts. Its other clients include Campari, 1800 Tequila and the Embarcadero Center.
