Executive search specialist Paul Enghauser, Enghauser & Partners, is leaving recruiting in search of another solution to the problems in advertising. Enghauser is joining $12-million Culver City ad shop Marketing And . . . , where he will launch an effort to match the needs of client companies with the growing pool of unemployed agency and client executives. Marketing And . . . will pull together freelance marketing strategy teams, culled from Enghauser’s database of out-of-work ceo’s, and sell their services to small and midsized clients for such projects as new product launches and market research. Enghauser will be based in Laguna Niguel, Calif.
