LAS VEGAS – R&R Advertising here and public relations firm The PBN Co./S.F., have established a formal business alliance. The companies will keep separate corporate entities but will share common stock and joint management. R&R’s clients include the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Bally’s, Nevada Power and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, among others. PPN’s pr clients include Shell Oil Co. and DHL Worldwide. Combined billings: $45 million.
