Independent RPA, Santa Monica, Calif., has installed Jim Sieminski as vp and account director. He reports to Tom Kirk, evp, management account director, on new business and will direct the Pentax account. Sieminski had been svp, account director at independent Doner, Newport Beach, Calif. He also worked at Dentsu and IPG’s Dailey & Associates. Kirk said that Sieminski’s “breadth of agency account management experience across all disciplines will be a valuable asset for the Pentax team and our new business efforts.”
