The son of director Francis Ford Coppola, Roman is the ultimate multitasker. He’s writing a feature film, has just launched the first vintage of his RC Reserve syrah, runs facial-cream company Uvavita (made from grape seeds from his father’s vineyard) and has designed a vehicle for a custom-car manufacturer. And that’s when he’s not directing music videos and commercials—most recently for an Orbitz campaign—or running production company The Directors Bureau, which he co-founded with Mike Mills in 1996. His credits include a spot for the Game Show Network that won a 2001 silver Lion at Cannes and a bronze Clio, and ads for Nike, Nascar, Levi’s and The Gap.
