Walter Thompson in New York; Grey Global Group’s Grey in New York; Omnicom’s GSD&M in Austin, Texas; Publicis’ Fallon in Minneapolis; and IPG’s Campbell-Ewald in Warren, Mich.; The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va.; Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston; and Temerlin McClain in Irving, Texas, sources said. Roth Associates in New York is overseeing the review for the Oklahoma City-based client.
