CHICAGO LL Cool J breaks into the roster of Gatorade on-air pitchmen in a spot that broke during college football bowl game telecasts on New Year’s Day.

The 30-second spot, from Omnicom Group’s Element 79 Partners in Chicago, has the rapper rhyming about where the drink is consumed—”the Vet, the Met, the pit, the park, the lake, the Jake, the Bob.”

He stands on a stage as video screens showing various venues and other Gatorade endorsers including Derek Jeter of the New York Yankees encircle him.
