Isobar, the Boston-based digital arm of the Aegis Group, has promoted Alan Osetek, 37, to executive vice president, network director from evp of integration. Osetek will develop new business in the multi-regional and global categories and service existing clients. Prior to joining Carat Interactive as svp, managing director in 2002, Osetek had been the founder and president of interactive marketing firm Vizium from 1999 to 2001. He spent a year as associate vp at Kessler Financial Services.
