NEW YORK JWT has hired Organic chief creative officer Colleen DeCourcy to take the new role of chief experience officer, the WPP Group agency confirmed.

DeCourcy, 41, will be based in New York and report to office co-president and chief creative officer Ty Montague.

As chief experience officer, she will work with the shop’s seven executive creative directors to “inspire more integrated, multi-platform storytelling,” Montague said. She starts July 1.

Montague described DeCourcy as a big thinker who has “one of those four-dimensional minds.”
