OgilvyOne Japan has partnered with Nikko, a Japanese online media company, to create Neo@Ogilvy KK. The joint venture will plan and place Web ads and offer search marketing services.

Neo@Ogilvy will launch in Japan with top Ogilvy clients IBM, Lenovo, Cisco Systems and SAP. It will be part of the OgilvyOne network, which has Neo@Ogilvy as its Web media arm.

Japan is the second-largest online advertising market in the world, generating about $1.7 billion in 2005, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers.
