Nottingham & Husk has secured five new research assignments.

N&H will handle project assignments for Black & Decker in Baltimore; ADT Security Services in Aurora, Colo.; Morrison Management Specialists in Atlanta; Sterling Plumbing in Kohler, Wis.; and Dow Chemical in Midland, Mo.

The eight-person Atlanta shop is run by founding partners Troy Nottingham and Stephanie Husk.

“We take a more creative approach to research,” said Husk. “It’s a blend of art and science, not straight numbers.”

Black & Decker has retained N&H to perform product testing for a new consumer household device.

Morrison Management Specialists has asked the shop to conduct research to enhance the services offered by the restaurant company’s senior dining division.

Sterling Plumbing, a unit of Kohler Co., is employing N&H for product development.

Research projects for ADT Security Services and Dow Chemical are being handled in conjunction with ComGroup/MRA and Sawyer Riley Compton, respectively. N&H is working with Dow Chemical on Great Stuff, a new insulated fill material; ADT is utilizing the shop for both residential and business client research.
