Mangan Holcomb Rainwater Culpepper has named Melissa Wilcoxson media director. Before joining the Little Rock, Ark., agency, Wilcoxson was a media planner and buyer at another local shop. MHRC has hired Nikki Sammons as traffic director. Sammons previously worked in advertising sales at The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Ashley Parker and Cara Finkbeiner have come aboard as account executives. Parker arrives from another Little Rock shop, where she held the same title; Finkbeiner previously worked at GSD&M in Austin, Texas, as a media planner.
