Stepping up its interactive business, National CineMedia promoted Ken Venturi executive vp of interactive media. In his new position, Venturi will continue as NCM’s chief creative officer but will now also lead the NCM Interactive Network division, which offers marketers the ability to integrate cinema advertising with online and mobile campaigns.
“It was Ken’s vision that launched the NCM Interactive network, and his new role allows him to be fully integrated with the NCM sales team to foster the best innovations in 360-degree cinema, online and mobile marketing for our clients,” said Cliff Marks, president of sales and marketing for NCM Media Networks, to whom Venturi reports.
In addition to Venturi’s promotion, NCM also added two new sales executives. Ian Owen-Ward was named vp of online and mobile sales and Kate Noell was named account director. Both executives join NCM from the Newspaper National Network where Owen Ward served as vp of digital and Noell was a digital sales executive.
