LOS ANGELES-Muse Creative Holdings, which operates agencies on both coasts, is expanding its business into research.
The Los Angeles-based company has formed the International Center for Multicultural Communication (ICMC), which will conduct research for Muse companies and clients and outside ad agencies developing marketing communications programs aimed at multicultural consumers.
Jo Muse, chairman of holding company, said the ICMC’s research “will assist agencies and clients in hearing and interpreting the voice of ethnic audiences of all ages and all cultures.”
Muse Creative Holding’s other operating units are Muse Cordero Chen & Partners, Los Angeles, and The Esperanto Group in New York.
