McCann-Erickson Worldwide signed Alain Philippe as senior vice president of worldwide business development for MRM (McCann Relationship Marketing) WorldGroup in New York. Most recently, Philippe was vice president of Ogilvy & Mather Direct in France.

Lisa Preston, former account supervisor at Angotti, Thomas, Hedge, joined USA Networks in New York as director of advertising for the Sci-Fi Channel.

DeWitt Media in New York promoted Nancy Wallas, who was assistant media director, to vice president and associate planning director.

Charles Decker, former vice president of worldwide marketing for consumer products at Warner Bros., joined the American Association of Advertising Agencies in New York as senior vice president of management services.

At Hearst Magazines in New York, Jennifer Gallo advanced to associate publisher of advertising for Cosmopolitan and Nannette Norbitz Kelly was assigned to Victoria as marketing director. Before joining Hearst, Kelly held the same title at Family Handyman.

Rob Rayfield was recently hired as an art director at The Paige/Smith Group in Syracuse.

Conde Nast Publications, New York, appointed Louise Coolick advertising director and Elizabeth Nann advertising manager of Mademoiselle. Wendi Sanders arrived from New York magazine as beauty manager of Vanity Fair.

Jeremy Feldman progressed to the position of copywriter at Fox Pavlika & Partners, New York.

New Century Network, New York, designated Madhavi Saifee, Maura Burke and Dennis Driscoll advertising sales managers for the East, Midwest and West regions, respectively.

Suri Harris moved up to senior vice president and account group supervisor at Lyons Lavey Nickel Swift, New York.

Dorland Sweeney Jones, Philadelphia, promoted Jim Moran to account supervisor, John Lambdin to senior account executive and Suzanne Heiler to account executive.

Peter Cornish, former senior vice president and associate creative director at J. Walter Thompson in New York, moved to Elkman Advertising & Public Relations in Bala Cynwyd as executive vice president and creative director. Elkman also elevated senior art director Robb Armstrong to associate creative director.

Jeff Morgan and Sean Flanagan were named worldwide publisher and publisher, respectively, of Men’s Health magazine in Emmaus. Flanagan is based at the New York office of Rodale Press.
