FLORIDA Allison Blackstone has advanced to senior art director and studio manager at Willman & Co. in Jacksonville. In Clearwater, FKQ Advertising & Marketing has added Jodi Myers and Chris Elmore as graphic designer and junior art director, respectively. Tampa-based Hallmark/Tassone has hired Doug Pawling as traffic manager. Turkel Schwartz & Partners in Miami has enlisted Andrea Marder as media director. The West Palm Beach office of Star Group International has recruited Max Harper as chief financial officer. Carolyn Klucha and Deonna Carver were chosen account supervisor and account services representative, respectively, at Husk Jennings Advertising in Jacksonville. Clarke Advertising and Public Relations in Sarasota has promoted three individuals to corporate officer positions: vice president of client services Cara Dohnalek, vice president of media William Hoffman and chief financial officer Bonnie Gray. Sandy Starling has progressed to media director at the J.R. Hoffman Agency in Jacksonville. GEORGIA Charlie Taylor, former public relations director of the Atlanta Falcons, has joined Duffey Communications as senior account executive in the Atlanta agency's consumer branding division. Melissa Richter was named junior account planner at Pollak Levitt & Nel in Atlanta. Kleber & Associates Advertising has appointed Mark Abbas vice president of client services. The Atlanta agency also added Nicole Ward as account coordinator and Yvonne Elm as account executive. Jerry Williams, Susan Willoughby and Hal Barber were promoted to associate creative directors at Atlanta's Fitzgerald & Co. Randy Guyton was elected the first president of The Calliope Group, an Atlanta-based public relations subsidiary of McCool Communications. Laine Harrington, media director at Kilgannon McReynolds since 1995, was voted a vice president of the Atlanta shop. Graphic artist Diane Donaldson Speight has joined Gainesville's Morton Vardeman & Carlson. T.G. Madison has promoted two staffers and hired 10 new employees. Tonya Rose and Kelly Sugden have been elevated to business development manager and assistant media buyer, respectively. Joining the Atlanta shop are financial manager Celestine Crudup, production manager Christine Shirvington, traffic manager Gretchen Spain, account supervisor Annie Misner, design director Kerry Hadaway, production artist Allison Oliver, traffic coordinator Leslie Murphey, assistant to chairman and president Jackie Van, and assistant account executives Rebecca Hart and Nick Sears. Atlanta's Adair-Green Healthcare Communications has appointed Jack Redmond executive director of strategic marketing. Dawn McQuinn and JoAnn Giaquinto have joined Hood Marketing Solutions in Atlanta as account executive and traffic manager, respectively. The Headline Group in Atlanta has made three staff additions: account supervisor Beth Ziemetz, account executive Kristen Whisenant and project administrator Michelle Duke. MARYLAND MGH Advertising in Baltimore has added copywriter Richard Frank, senior public relations strategists Stephani Renbaum and Jacqueline Krieger, and senior account executive Matthew Kurowski. Sass & Associates has promoted Jennifer Dawson to senior account executive. This is Dawson's second tenure with the Annapolis agency. Eisner Communications in Baltimore has hired Terence Cox as controller, Amy Hammond as broadcast production and traffic manager, Theresa Stulck as accounts payable coordinator and Casey Rhoten as senior accounting assistant. NORTH CAROLINA Coyne Beahm has promoted marketing director Mamie Patton to vice president of marketing. The Greensboro shop also hired Michele Solomon as account executive, and digital artists Andy Stash and Brad Stephens. Michael Turner, formerly group creative director at Trone Advertising in Greensboro, has been named creative director at Bouvier Kelly, also in Greensboro. In addition, Donna Walkush has moved up to production coordinator. Jennings/The Agency in Chapel Hill has added Alissa Maupin as account executive and Tracy Carroll as production and traffic manager. There are 11 new faces at Tatum Toomey Whicker in High Point to keep pace with the company's success in new business development. In account services, Ansley Crotty and Cari Laszio have joined the agency as account executives, with Mike Cockman, Wendy Sullivan, Sherrie Yarborough and Wendy Potts hired as account coordinators. In creative services, Currie Todd has been named art director and Mark Conley studio artist. Luann Mortz is the new marketing director, Tim Gardner has become production manager and Greg Hausler has been named information system manager. Greg Monroy has moved to King's English in Greensboro as a graphic designer. SOUTH CAROLINA Terry Horner and William Nicholson have been promoted to vice presidents and management supervisors at Henderson Advertising. The Greenville agency also hired account manager Danielle Crout. TENNESSEE Media Partners, Archer/Malmo's free-standing media management company in Memphis, has hired Susan Adams as account executive. Nashville's Gish, Sherwood & Friends has promoted Spencer Moore to vice president and director of public relations. In addition, Cory Koslin has joined the agency's public relations group as senior account executive. Dye Van Mol & Lawrence in Nashville has promoted Dale Addy to vice president and senior art director and recruited Jonathan Carpenter as interactive art director and Jase Tillman as production artist. Account coordinator Rob Hoskins has moved up to to public relations account executive at Bohan Carden & Cherry. The Nasville agency also hired three staffers: media director Charla Sellars Fogle, production artist Rod Rodman and account coordinator Mandy Keller. VIRGINIA The Martin Agency in Richmond has hired account executive Meredith Elworthy, media planner Kim Chandler, general ledger assistant Kathy Elsaesser and administrative assistant Brooke Coleman.
