Alvarez-Montgomery previously was traffic production coordinator, while Shaw has experience as a production manager and graphic designer.
Group Bolton, Dallas, hired graphic designers Franchette Schryver and Lori Sackmann, project coordinator Amy Zaike and copywriter and account executive Kevan Ferguson.
Lisa Jasper Matthis was added as director of business development and account planning by NourzAds of Elgin.
Witherspoon & Associates, Fort Worth, hired art director Alan Comtois, the same title he held at AvreaFoster Design Communication in Dallas.
Tequila Mockingbird, Austin, named Eloise Carlisle studio coordinator. She will oversee daily operations and help secure new business for the music production firm. Carlisle also worked in new business development during a previous stint at GSD&M in Austin.
Vista Photographic & Video Group, Dallas, named Chris Dishman executive producer and promoted Debbie Holman to marketing manager and director of photography. Dishman moved from Custom Video Services in Dallas, while Holman worked at Lazarow Photography and Bob Mader Photography, both Dallas.
F.W. “Bill” Hensel Jr., former journalist at The Houston Post, joined BDL Public Relations in Houston as director of professional services, specializing in assisting law firms with business development and litigation communications.
Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, Houston, hired Michele DeGuerin as senior account executive and Mike Sweet as account executive.
Antoinette Gonzalez joined Anderson Advertising, San Antonio, as account specialist in the shop’s food service division. She was with The Container Store chain in Austin. Also at Anderson, Linda Chapa was hired as computer graphics artist and Yoshi Iida was brought in as media assistant. Chapa held the same post at Digital Press & Imaging in San Antonio, while Iida was employed with Waterman Broadcasting, also San Antonio.
Espidotcom, a Dallas-based Web site development company, appointed Jeff Hattendorf director of marketing. Hatten-dorf has experience with AVC Security in Dallas and PageNet in Plano.
VTTV Graphics & Post, Houston, hired Diane Walling as director of business development and Cynthia Sisto as director of client services and scheduling.
Joann Riso arrived at Duke Unlimited, Metairie, as a media buyer for clients Ruth’s Chris Steak House, The Palace Truck Stop & Game Room and The Dock Music Hall. Prior to joining Duke, Riso was a media buyer and planner at The Graham Group, also Metairie.
Rick Johnson & Co. of Albuquerque promoted Pamela Loughman to senior account supervisor to oversee a new tourism division at the agency. The shop also hired Alexis Hilty as junior account executive to serve travel and tourism clients. Hilty was assistant director at the Carlsbad, N.M., Chamber of Commerce, coordinating tourism marketing, advertising and media relations.
Littlefield Marketing and Advertising, Tulsa, added Cindy Ogle as account manager. She was previously account supervisor at Roberts Communications in Rochester, N.Y.
