Quinn Fable Advertising made three staff changes. Executive vice president, creative director Hilary Cantilina and art director William Brese joined the New York shop from Burrell Yagnik Relationship Marketing. Cantilina had been senior vice president, director of creative services; Brese was a graphic designer. General manager Jessica Rubin added the title of vice president.
The Sterling Group in New York promoted Thomas Higbee from director of client services to senior account supervisor. Angela Futterer joined the agency as senior designer, from Lothar Boehm Design in Hamburg, Germany, where she was art director.
Chamberlain Communications Group, New York, appointed Robert Schwadron director of media services. He had served as InterScience director of media relations and was a vice president at Hill & Knowlton’s New York Health Group.
Palio Communications in Saratoga Springs named Mark McCoy vice president, account director. He had worked at SmithKline Beecham and Schering-Plough.
Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, New York, added two staffers to its technology group. Benjamin Tanner joined the agency as an account executive, from Ruder Finn. Greta Pittard was named assistant account executive; she had been an associate producer and editor at IBM’s Interactive Media center.

Beth Grossman advanced from vice president to executive vice president and Joan Mansbach was elevated from creative marketing director to vice president, creative marketing. Dick Wolfe joined the agency as director of new media/business accounts. He had been a publicity manager at Ruder Finn.
In Parsippany, R&J Integrated Marketing Communications hired Dale Sutphen as art director. He had held designer and art director positions at several New Jersey ad agencies. Karen Gross has also joined the agency, as an advertising account manager.
