The Medical Marketing Association, headquarted in San Francisco, announced its 1998-99 board of directors. Glenn Caster, president and chief executive officer of ARS Enterprises in Santa Fe Springs, is MMA’s new president. The executive officers include Curt Parker, Andrew Schorr and Bonnie Vivian.
