NEW YORK Consultancy Hasan + Co. in Raleigh, N.C., has been hired by BMW’s Mini Cooper to oversee the review of its ad account, the client has confirmed.

Mini Cooper spends about $25 million annually on ads.

MDC Partners’ Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami resigned the Mini to take on the estimated $400 million Volkswagen of America business [Adweek Online, Sept. 6].

Hasan + Co., which just completed handling Lowe’s $315 million review, could not be reached for comment.
