CLEVELAND – Two Cleveland shops suffered layoffs in the past two weeks due to client cutbacks. Meldrum & Fewsmith reportedly laid off roughly 15 people, and Griswold laid off eight. Insiders say client cutbacks at Meldrum led to the agency’s downsizing. Griswold officials said its layoffs were the result of losing the Dutch Boy Paints business earlier this fall.
