McClain Finlon in Denver has added Heide Peper as director of media, Kathy Schofield as director of marketing and Karen Hackstaff as brand director. Peper had been vice president and group media director at Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago. Schofield previously co-founded and served as head of marketing for digital television network BOB: Brief Original Broadcasts. She was also group director of marketing and creative services for Starz Encore Group and director of marketing and creative services for Primestar.
